Houston Rodeo tickets purchased through HoustonRodeoOnline.com are purchased for the Houston rodeo event date. Artist, performers & riders are subject to change. Refunds are offered only if the entire rodeo for that date is canceled. HoustonRodeoOnline.com is not responsible for changes in the Houston rodeo line-up and will not give refunds if changes occur. Tickets listed on this site are often sold above face value.

Sale Terms & Conditions
Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS on any order once it is submitted to us. The only exceptions to this policy is event cancellation (see rule below). There are absolutely no other exceptions to this policy.
All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by HoustonRodeoOnline.com. Online orders placed after 3:00 PM CST weekdays or on weekends may not be confirmed until the next business day. All deposits are non-refundable.
(Texas Events and/or Texas residents will be charged 8.25% State Required Sales Tax to the Total Price)
We provide you with the service of locating tickets for you that are typically not available through normal channels. Most tickets are purchased specifically for you based on your placement of an order. Because you are buying from an independent ticket broker, the price that you pay is generally higher and sometimes much higher than the price printed on the ticket.
The credit card billing address must match the shipping address listed for orders to be processed. We will make all efforts to contact you if your credit card is declined or invalid. We will not procure the tickets to satisfy your order until we have valid credit card, billing, and shipping information. Please make sure all order information is accurate before you submit your order.
HoustonRodeoOnline.com utilizes a large network of professional suppliers to offer you a greater selection of tickets to chose from. Often a description of the ticket location is included in the listing. If we notice a discrepancy between the description and the actual seat location we will get your approval before proceeding with your order. Please view the seating chart before placing the order. If we determine that the seating chart is listed inaccurate on our website, we will contact you before processing your order to make you aware of the change. We are not responsible for changes made to the seating arrangement prior to the concert by the venue or promoter which are beyond our control.
Once your order is confirmed by HoustonRodeoOnline.com, the ticket(s) you purchase become your property, even if they have not been shipped to you. Generally, tickets are shipped within three days of your order. In some cases, tickets come from sources that do not make tickets available to us until 1-2 weeks prior to the event. In this case, there will be a delay in your tickets being shipped to you. For this reason, all tickets are guaranteed to be delivered no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the new date/time of the show. New tickets will not be issued. We are not able to obtain a refund on the tickets that we purchased for you so we are not able to offer customers refunds on postponed events. If you cannot make the new date/time, we will accept the tickets back from you on a pre-approved consignment basis only. You would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid. Please include your asking price for consignment tickets and a deadline for returning unsold tickets to you.Tickets To Go is not responsible for monies lost due to car rental, hotel, airfare, babysitting fees, etc. because of a cancelled or postponed event. Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject to change. This is especially true for sporting events that are subject to television scheduling conflicts. It is important that you check with the local media to assure that you arrive at the correct time and date. A time change for a sporting event will not result in a refund.
CANCELLED EVENTSIf an event is cancelled for any reason, other than an act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, war, terrorism, etc.), strike or lockout, we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, minus a 10% handling fee. Shipping charges and processing/handling fees are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. No refunds will be made in the event of a rainout or strike. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available. In all other cases mentioned above, we will attempt to obtain a refund from the original seller of the tickets however, no refund or percentage of refund can be guaranteed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF TICKETS
Check your package as soon as possible to make sure that your order is correct! When you receive your tickets, you must contact us no later than 24 hours after delivery of the tickets to let us know if there is a problem with your order. We will assume the order is correct and close it out if we don't hear from you within 24 hours.
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
All deliveries are made via an express delivery service (FedEx, Express Mail, Messenger, etc.) and deliveries will require a signature. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You also agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize anybody at that address to act as your agent to accept delivery of the package for you. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered, we will attempt to contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable, or you refuse delivery of your tickets, we will place the tickets back on sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some, or all, of your cost. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets, however if no communication can be made, we will price them appropriately in an attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. Ticket prices, like the stock market, move constantly up and down. The price that we're able to sell your tickets for may be substantially less than you paid. We may ask less for your tickets to get you some return of your money back instead of losing your entire investment. If we are unable to sell your tickets by the event date, we will return your tickets to you shortly after the event.
It is always in your best interest to remain in contact with us regarding the pricing of your tickets. You have the right to request that your tickets be shipped back to you prior to your event date at any time. Simply contact us and request that your tickets be shipped in a manner that will get them to you in time for your event. Please take all potential shipping delays into account as we are not responsible, under any circumstances, for timely delivery of your consignment tickets.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS
If you request that tickets be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your credit card, you will be asked to send a copy of your drivers license and credit card. We will fax you a redirect letter authorizing us to ship the tickets to an alternate address.
